Blacktorian Events – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to any Blacktorian event or affiliated experience (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Blacktorian Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify any Event at its sole discretion due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Failure to meet minimum production and operational benchmarks necessary to execute the Event at its intended standard
• Venue unavailability
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Force majeure, including acts of God, weather, or emergencies
• Safety or security concerns
• Any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organizer

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket only.

Refunds will be processed through the original ticketing platform used for purchase.

Blacktorian Events reserves the right to cancel any Event if required production and operational benchmarks are not met by a date determined by the organizer prior to final vendor commitments.

If cancellation occurs under this provision, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price only.

Refund of the ticket purchase price shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to ticket holders in the event of cancellation.

Blacktorian Events shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims liability for:

• Travel expenses
• Airline or transportation costs
• Hotel accommodations
• Vendor bookings
• Loss of income
• Incidental or consequential damages of any kind

Attendees are encouraged to make travel arrangements with flexibility in mind.

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks. By attending, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Blacktorian Events, its affiliates, sponsors, venue partners, and contractors shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

All Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, guests grant Blacktorian Events the irrevocable right to use their likeness, image, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

Blacktorian Events maintains event-specific dress codes and behavioral standards. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose attire or conduct does not align with event standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Tickets may be transferred prior to the Event; however, resale for profit or unauthorized duplication is prohibited.

Tickets purchased through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, or other processors) are also subject to the respective platform’s terms and service policies. Blacktorian Events is not responsible for third-party service or processing fees.
